◆ The Artist
Nicolas Chesnais, known as Nick, performs and records under the name NC Jazz. His playing is rooted in the American jazz tradition with a sound built around space, texture, and feeling over flash.
Nick plays private dinners in Greenwich, gallery openings in White Plains, weddings in Westport, and everything in between. Each performance is shaped around the occasion rather than a fixed set list.
His original compositions sit somewhere between familiar and unexpected — the kind of music that makes people pause their conversation for a moment.
